The Coastal Wellbeing Patch
About The Project
The Coastal Wellbeing Patch is an allotment-based, wellbeing-focused project for young people aged 16-24 years. Run here at the Old Cottage hospital, it offers a calm, supportive outdoor space where participants can take part in light gardening, creative activities, and informal social connections to support their mental health and overall wellbeing.
The project is non-clinical and nature-based, providing a gentle environment that can complement other forms of support.
