Cancer care and share group

Cancer Support Drop-In Group

Our Cancer Support Drop-In Group is an informal, welcoming space where people can come together for a coffee and a chat in a relaxed and friendly environment. It is a place where we can support one another by sharing experiences, listening, and talking openly — only if and when you feel comfortable to do so.

If you or a family member has been impacted by cancer in any way, you are very welcome to join us. Whether you are recently affected, going through treatment, supporting someone, or living beyond cancer, you are not alone, and you are welcome here.

The group is run by volunteers with lived experience, who understand first-hand some of the challenges that cancer can bring. Their aim is simply to offer a supportive space where people can connect and feel heard.

Remember, it’s good to talk. Sometimes a conversation over a cup of coffee can make a real difference.

When We Meet

Sessions take place fortnightly and are run by volunteers.
